In March, 2016 VOLAT starts running tests of its latest development designed for the transportation of large heavy cargo. All-wheel drive truck tractor MZKT-750440-010, as a part of autotrain, is capable of transporting loads with a maximum weight up to 90 tons.
Besides the well-known high tractive characteristics of the VOLAT vehicles, MZKT-750440-010 is attractive also as it is the first truck tractor under the brand VOLAT which meets the ecological standard EURO 5.
In addition to modern components applied, the tractor MZKT-750440-010 has got a cabin with a new corporate design. The cabin incorporates built-in air conditioner, climate control, heated seats, power windows and electric mirrors control. The drivers will duly appreciate the seats with air suspension.
The new truck tractor is equipped with 6-cylinder PACCAR MX340. Its capacity is 462 h.p. (340 kW) and maximum torque is 2300 N×m. Manual gearbox Fast Gear 16JSD240TA with 16 forward gears and 2 reverse provides a clear gearshift.
