There was developed, implanted and certified in March, 2001 by authorized certification agency
Thuringen e. V. (Germany) and State Committee upon standardization,
metrology and certification of the Republic of Belarus the quality management
system of development, production, sale and service maintenance of vehicles
and trailers either of general or special purpose, as well as component
parts for them in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:1994 и STB ICO 9001-1996
requirements. In March, 2007 under the results of re-certifying audit
above organizations confirmed the compliance of the quality management
system with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 и STB ICO 9001-2001 requirements.
The main goal of quality management system is
satisfaction of Customer’s requirements thru its constant enhancement
and offering the Customer a high quality production, responding to its
expectations and even exceeding them.
UE "MWTP " quality management system was
developed on the ground of processing approach and comprises a system
of interconnected processes, which manipulation (in accordance with
developed policy and quality sphere goals) is the basis of UE "MWTP"
effective work.The basic working process "development, production,
sale and service maintenance of vehicles and trailers either of general
or special purpose, as well as component parts for them" covers the
network of processes:
- Direction responsibility;
- Resource management;
- Product live-cycle process;
- Measurement, analysis and enhancement.
Management of enterprise interconnected
activity types is described in Quality Manual, which
could be any time provided to the Customer.
There was adopted a Policy in quality sphere
on the enterprise, appointing the corresponding to
it measuring goals in quality sphere, as well as on
enterprise level, as on levels of processes and subdivisions.
A representative of the quality
management system Direction exercises the methodological
guidance, coordination and control for quality supervision executions.
In 2000 the enterprise make (auto dump truck MZKT-65158-420)
became the contest awardee of the Transport Ministry of the Republic of
Belarus and newspaper "Transport reporter" in a category
of "Auto dump truck".
In 2001 UE "MWTP" became the contest awardee
of Industry Ministry of the Republic of Belarus
"for achievements in quality sphere".
In 2003 the enterprise make (truck tractor MZKT-7429)
became the contest awardee of "The best goods of the Republic
of Belarus on the market of Russia Federation" in a category
"Production of manufacturing & technical purpose".
In 2004 the enterprise makes (auto dump truck MZKT-65151
and truck tractor MZKT-692374) became the contest awardee of
"The best goods of the Republic of Belarus on the market of
Russia Federation" in a category "Production of manufacturing
& technical purpose".
In 2004 for input in industry development,
output of high quality production the enterprise was awarded
with Honor letter of Belarusian State Committee upon standardization,
metrology and certification.
