In accordance with the decision made by the MWTP OJSC Supervisory Board, the Neman Automotive Assembly Plant (Neman AAP) is merged into the MWTP OJSC managerial structure; since 2014, it was a division of the MWTP OJSC as the affiliate, MWTP OJSC Neman Automotive Assembly Plant. The Neman AAP premises are used to make large- and medium-class buses with the same brand name.
