In continuation of the strengthening of partnerships between the industrial and fuel and energy complexes of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, a delegation of PJSC Gazprom headed by Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee and Head of Department of PJSC Gazprom, accompanied by Deputy Chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry Vyacheslav Rossolai, visited OJSC MZKT today.
During the visit, Gazprom representatives got acquainted with the plant's production facilities, including the car assembly and testing shop. Particular attention was paid to specialized equipment manufactured by MZKT OJSC, which may be in demand in the gas industry.
At the test drive, the delegations of PJSC Gazprom demonstrated the functionality of the SUV with the MZKT-4503KM-010 workshop body. This machine is an example of a new generation of transport capable of solving non-standard tasks with concern for the environment. The plant workers are ready not only to supply their products, but also to actively participate in joint initiatives. One of such successfully implemented projects was a crane for Gazprom, installed on the VOLAT chassis.
During the visit, negotiations were held between the delegation of PJSC Gazprom and the management of MZKT, during which the Belarusian side expressed its readiness to further expand cooperation with the Russian gas giant.The visit of the delegation of PJSC Gazprom to OJSC MZKT is an important step in the development of partnership between the two companies and evidence of interest in strengthening cooperation with Belarusian enterprises.
