From June 2 to 6, 2026, BELAGRO-2026 international exhibition will be held in Minsk at the open-air venue of the BelExpo exhibition centre. MZKT OJSC is participating in the exhibition and publicly demonstrating for the first time a new model – the Neman-420432 school bus on its own chassis, designed for the safe and comfortable transportation of children.
The bus is powered by 3.92 liter four-stroke diesel engine with a turbocharger and intermediate air cooling, meeting the EURO-5 emission standard, paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The maximum engine power is 137 kW (186 hp), and the top bus speed is electronically limited to 60 km/h – in accordance with the standards for transporting organized kid groups.
In the basic version the bus is equipped with the necessary features that meet all requirements for transporting children:
- light and sound signals requiring a stop at the driver’s workplace;
- "Request to Stop" buttons on each seat row;
- indoor and outdoor loudspeaker installation;
- a device blocking the start of movement when the doors are open or not fully closed;
- identification signs "Transportation of children" at the front and back;
- the inscriptions “CHILDREN” on the sides of the body, front and back;
- sound signal when reversing;
- additional signalling devices in the upper front and rear parts of the body;
- retractable steps on the front and rear doors.
The salon is designed for 28 seats for children and 2 seats for accompanying persons. Child seats are equipped with four-point belts, adult seats have three-point belts with adjustable backrests. For convenient placement of children's backpacks, the bus is equipped with illuminated luggage racks.
Two convectors, two interior heaters, an engine preheater, an air conditioner, as well as an emergency ventilation hatch and a roof fan create a comfortable microclimate in the cabin.
At the customer’s request, additional options can be installed on the bus: Wi-Fi, overhead monitor with 2-DIN radio and speakers, video monitoring system, parking radar, engine protection and tachograph.
