The Neman-4204 is a series of modern mid-size buses manufactured from high-quality components in compliance with strict production standards. Neman buses are available in three configurations—commuter, intercity, and tourist—and are manufactured in both a basic configuration suitable for most routes and custom-built to suit individual customer needs, taking into account specific transportation requirements and interior equipment preferences.
Neman 4204 series buses are available for lease on favourable terms under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 2, 2015 No. 146 "On financing the purchase of modern machinery and equipment" and the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated September 5, 2025 No. 482 "On the acquisition of equipment".

- Advance payment 10% to 20%;
- Lease term up to 89 months (7 years 5 months);
